This article will show you how to add opening/closing hours for the locations added in your system.
Navigate your screen to Settings > under Fleets > Fleet Locations – then choose the location you want to add hour blocks (for example Office)
After clicking the location scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click the ‘Add New Open Hour Block’ button which will open up a new section called ‘Open Hour Block’
Using these fields will setup the open hours you have for this location. You can add more hour blocks for certain dates if you need to.
Start Date – the date when the hour block will be in effect
End Date – the date when the hour block will be the end
Open? – tick this box to set it to Open and leave it empty if you are closed on this day
Day of Week – an indicator of the day of the week
Open Time – the time the location will open
Close Time – the time the location closes
Click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the screen to apply the changes.
Set up details related to the to the open hour blocks that you created. This is also located the location settings page.
Prevent Bookings in Closed Hours? – When this is set to ‘Yes’, in Step 2 of the booking process renters won’t be allowed to book outside the hour block
Allow Pickup During Closed Hours – When this is set to ‘Yes’, pickups will be allowed during the hours in which the location is scheduled to be closed
Allow Return During Closed Hours – When this is set to ‘Yes’, returns will be allowed during the hours in which the location is scheduled to be closed
