This article will show you how to add quick links at the blue top menu bar of the software. The link will have its own label and icon. It will be located at the top right side of the menu bar together with the Search button, What’s New, Support Tickets, User Name, and the Logout button.
First, navigate to Settings > Dashboard > Quick Links
Label – This is where you enter the name/label of the link that will be displayed
Link – This is where you put the link that you want to add
Active? – Setting this to ‘No’ will deactivate the link
Top Bar Icon – You can choose any icon from our wide range of icons
User – You can also assign this to specific users of the software
You can add as many links as you would like, add row by clicking ‘Add Row’. After filling up the fields completely, you can click on ‘Save’ to create the quick links.
The link will be added between What’s New and Support Ticket icons as shown below.
