This article is a breakdown on how you can link pictures of a vehicle during the reservation process. Do note that the pictures uploaded will only be for the specific reservation and not the vehicle itself. You can use this functionality to show your customers the condition of the vehicle as it will attach to the Rental Agreement. In Step 7 (Pickup) or Step 9 (Return), under the Images label, there are two buttons. The first one is the “Add Image” button, highlighted in orange in the picture below. This button will open up your picture folder so that you can select all the pictures you would like to upload to this reservation. The second button is the “Camera” button, highlighted in orange in the picture below. This button is useful when you are on your tablet as it will open the camera function so that you can take pictures of your vehicle and upload it on the spot.
In Step 7 (Pickup) or Step 9 (Return), under the Images label, you will see pictures uploaded to the reservation. Next to the pictures that you uploaded, there is a blue “No entry sign” button, highlighted in orange in the picture below. This button is the delete button in which when you click on it, it will delete the particular image.
