There are 15 default reports available in your HQ account. This article will show you all the system-generated reports, how they work, how to export them in various file formats, how to save them and share them via email. You can find these reports on the Reports tab located in the main menu. There are two main report categories: Car Rental and Fleet reports.
Car Rental Reports
Revenue Based on Returns
A revenue report based on all the Completed reservations.
Revenue per Payment Option
A revenue report which displays the payment type of all the payments recorded in the system.
A monthly revenue-based report.
A report on the number of reservations per location registered in the system.
End of the Day Overview
A revenue-based report at the end of the day.
A daily report of all the activities such as pickups, returns, maintenance, overdue and etc.
A report displaying all the tax for all the reservations.
A report that will show an overview of canceled reservations.
Commission per Tour Operator
A report that will provide all the commission’s given to the tour operator based on all the reservations.
An expense report displaying per vehicle.
Expense Types per Payment Option
An expense report displaying per vehicle per payment option.
A report based on revenue, expenses, and profits per vehicle.
A report about the depreciation input per vehicle.
Vehicle Depreciation Schedule
A report about the depreciation schedule per vehicle.
A report displaying the utilization rates per vehicle.
How to Customize a Report?
You will be able to customize only the Revenue Based on Returns and the Cancellations– These reports can be customized from Settings > Car Rental > Reports.
This setting gives you access to different sections which will be listed below:
Excluded Payment Types from Reports – this will let you exclude payment types from the reports you are generating. You can choose more than one payment type to be excluded.
Additional Charges to Display on Table – this enables you to select additional charges to be displayed in the reports table.
Extra Columns on Table – this enables you to add additional columns to be displayed in the reports table.
Layout for Report – this lets you change the layout of the report either Horizontal or Vertical.
Report (Revenue Based on Return)
This is where you can check which fields you want to appear in the report Revenue Based on Return. You can rearrange the columns by dragging the arrow icon and check the boxes to select which becomes visible and not visible.

This toolbar lets you select a custom date range, filter, save the report as PDF or spreadsheet, save the report or send it via email.

- And this is how the Saved Reports will appear on your HQ account. You can access them via Dashboard > Reports > Saved Reports.
