7.1 Settings

Settings is the place that helps you to set up the system to suit your company needs. The system breaks down the settings into smaller categories so that it is easier to find a specific setting.

How do I get to the settings?

Click on the “Settings” button on the bottom left of the screen, highlighted in orange in the picture below.

Once you have clicked on the button, it will redirect you to the overall system setting page as shown below. There are 3 tabs in this setting which are Settings, Modules Order, and SMS.

Settings

This tab is the general setting page where you can set the setting for the system itself rather than the company setting. There are 4 categories in this setting named General Settings, Email Settings, Integrations, and Advanced.

General Settings

This category includes

  • SMS Sender (Your overall company name)
  • Language
  • Time zone
  • Preferred date format
  • Metric system
  • Company logo

Email Settings

This is the setting for the emails that will be sent out by the system. This category includes

  • Pretend emails
  • Reply to emails
  • Email for failure notification
  • Checklist expired email
  • Email signature
  • Mail layout, footer, and mail bar color
  • Show logo on emails

Integrations

This is the setting for additional integrations with the system. This category includes

  • MailChimp key
  • API token
  • Mailgun sender, domain and API secret
  • Tenant Google Captcha API public and private key
  • Client website
  • Google Analytics key
  • Public key

Advanced

This is the advanced setting for the system. This category includes

  • Tenant full domain
  • 2-step verification
  • Supported languages
  • Backup driver
  • Email for failed backups
  • Backup Access Token
  • Backup Token Secret
  • Suburbs List
  • Logout user after x hours of inactivity

When you are done changing any of the settings, click the blue “Save” button at the bottom of the page, highlighted in orange to save the setting.

 

 

 

Modules Order

This tab is the setting where you can reorder the modules (categories) to how you would like your left side menu to look like.

There are 2 ways to reorder the modules

  • Click and hold on the headers of the boxes, highlighted in orange in the picture below and drag it.

 

 

  • Click on the 4-way arrow button on the right of the header, highlighted in orange in the picture below and drag it.

 

 

SMS

This tab shows you the remaining amount of SMS that you can send. You can request for more credits to send more SMSes.

Step 1

Click the blue “Request Credits” button on the top right of the page, highlighted in orange in the picture below.

 

Once you have clicked the button, a new window will pop up.

Step 2

Select how much credit you would require from the dropdown list. The list includes 500, 1000, 2000, 5000 and 10000 credits.

 

Step 3

Click the blue “Request Credit” button, highlighted in orange in the picture below to request for additional SMSes.
